Yash developed most of the training modules. About 20% of the modules is from peers. The course that he teaches are not based on formal education. It is based on what works in the real world. Yash is a graduate from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He has both a B.Eng' and a M.Sc. However, as many are really aware today, the bulk of what we studied is never used in the real world. Most of us don't even remember all the things we covered back then. In the last 8 years, since graduation he realised that the only approval that anyone would need to be successful in their life is the approval from their ownself.
